Davido to storm IGP, Adamu’s office today

Popular Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, better known as Davido who has joined the End SARs protest has announced that he will be storming the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu’s office today.

Davido who made the rounds online after flying down to Abuja to join the Nigerian youth to protest against SARs took to micro blogging platform, twitter, yesterday to make the announcement.

He wrote:

“I am meeting with the Inspector General of Police tomorrow at 10 am …. all my colleagues if you can get to Abuja tomorrow before 10 am and follow me to the meeting! It would mean a lot,”

The DMW boss is expected to table the demands of young Nigerians protesting against police brutality.

Kemi FIlani News recalls that the IGP Adamu had earlier announced the disbandment of SARS, following days of online and offline protests.

However, Nigerian youths vowed to continue marching in their demands to end police brutality in all forms and make rogue officers accountable.
