Nigeria’s wing-back, Ola Aina has been confirmed to leave Chelsea for Torino in the summer transfer window.
This was contained in a statement posted on Chelsea’s official website.
It reads:
“Everyone at Chelsea Football Club would like to thank Ola for his services and we wish him the best of luck for the next stage in his career.”
Ola Aina is currently Nigeria’s most expensive wing-back in the history of the country football, breaking the record of £2.25 million that was paid by Chelsea for former Super Eagles player, Celestine Babayaro.
Ola Aina played 30 games on loan for Torino which finished seventh last season.
He’s currently getting prepared with the Super Eagles for the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
