Thank You Jesus for Your love for me.

Truly, the Lord picks up someone from the miry clay and make him sit among the distinguished. I hope my testimony will inspire many especially the youth of our time.

I had to drop from SS 11  for my brother to write his WASCE because things went ill with my parents. No money was coming in as my daddy lost his job.I went into teaching in one private primary school where I was paid N5000 ( five thousand naira  )  a month.

This was in 2012. I did this for some time, managing the meagre ‘salary ‘ I was being paid in Sango Ota, a border town with Lagos in Ogun state.

I augmented it with being a bus conductor from Idumota in Lagos to Obalemde to Lagos Island .I still had the hope to go to school to further my education with the help of God and the little effort I could make.

I sat for GCE registering with my own money.I made my papersI went back to teaching and my  salary was increased to N8000  ( eight thousand  naira )I there and then resolved to go for higher studies and to try my best to come out with excellent results. And the Lord made it happen.I  was given an admission to one of the prestigious and foremost universities in the Eastern part of Nigeria.

My mother called me one day asking me how I intended going through the university with increased expenses in the family.I told her I believed God for a way out.And the Lord made it possible.

HE raised helpers along the way.And from the first year to the final year  I was an ‘ A ‘  student.  I felt I had to regain lost opportunity with the years I had spent out of formal classroom. I was 16 years when I stepped out  of secondary school  for my elder brother to write his own WASCE.

However, I had a fear..I was 20years old when I gained admission into the university. And the trend in the country employment procedure..is that one can only be employed in the ‘ Chirp ‘ companies when one is under 25 years old. My course of study took me four years plus the one year compulsory service to the nation.

By my calculations, I would be 25 years old in my service year. I took courage and began to write letters of application to organisations and companies. The Lord led me to one…. an international company. After series of examinations and interviews I was called for  the final of the finals interview. I ran to my Pastor.

I needed Divine intervention. Perhaps I had been using my intelligence and some level of grace for the others before. He had to agree with me on this take , standing upon the unction of the Holy God to ask for help for me.The Almighty God moved for me. I was called to come and resume work while I was still serving my nation with a month left for me to finish this.I received double grace. I asked them to give me one month .

And I was not denied. The Lord kept the place for me.The greatest joy I have with this job is that the area I had worked as a bus conductor is where God took me to, joining me with the international world of  …… business.

HE gave me a story from lowliness to glory. HE moved me from valley to the mountains. I called Him my God, my Maker and my Helper. What HE did in Bible days, raising men up. HE has done for me too. I will live my life to praise the LordPraise the Lord !
