Embattled singer, R. Kelly was arrested by police in Chicago on Friday night when he walked in following an indictment on 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse involving four victims.
Kelly has been accused of forceful sexual acts with three children not up to the age of 17, all of which the singer has denied.
According to attorney, Steve Greenberg, “”Mr Kelly is strong, he’s got a lot of support and he’s going to be vindicated on all these charges — one by one if it has to be”.
Greenberg added, “I think all the women are lying”.
Kelly will appear in court today for bail hearing and will be arraigned on March 8.
If found guilty of the charges, the singer faces up to three to seven years in jail for each of the accusations.
