President Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha and duagther on Friday left Abuja for China.
President Buhari will attend the 7th Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) set to hold on September 3rd to 4th in Beijing.
According to a statement by Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, the President and wife, Aisha will also attend a Spouses programme on China-Africa. The theme is “Joining Hands for a future of AIDS”.
The president was joined on the trip by Lagos state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode; Bauchi governor, Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar; Imo governor, Rochas Okorocha, Senator Godswill Akpabio, George Akume and others.
