Cameroon football legend, Samuel Eto’o has signed for Qatari side, Qatar Sports Club from Turkish outfit Konyaspor. This makes it the 13th club he will be playing for.
The club which has already carried out a medical test on the Samuel Eto’o said on social media that it would ‘present the international star at a press conference.
The deal will see the former Barcelona, Inter Milan and Chelsea striker join his ex-teammates midfielder Xavi, who plays for Al Sadd, and Wesley Sneijder who plays for Al Gharafa in Qatar’s domestic competition, the Qatar Stars League.
Eto’o, a four-time African player of the year scored 56 times for his country in 118 appearances and won two African Cup of Nations with Cameroon.
