Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid will battle it out for UEFA super cup glory in Estonia.
Real Madrid won the Uefa Champions League last season by defeating Liverpool 4-1 to win it for the third consecutive season.
Atletico Madrid defeated Olympique Marseille 3-0 in the Europa League final in France.
The Los Blancos are the defending champion of the trophy after defeating Manchester United in 2017.
Zinedine Zidane and Cristiano Ronaldo are no longer at the Bernabeu, it remains to be seen how Real Madrid will cope without their former star player and their legendary manager.
Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone is expecting a tough match against local rival Real Madrid
“They [Real Madrid] have had to deal with what we have had to deal with,” the Argentine told reporters.
“They have had more players available and a bit more time. “We might see a few references in their last games as to what will happen tomorrow.
“They put teams under some pressure when they lose the ball, and they look to position themselves further up the park which Lopetegui did with Spain, and he may do with Real Madrid.
“The most important thing for a final is emotion, and I think emotionally is where we can resolve the match.”
Real Madrid coach Julien Lopetegui is expecting a physical contest in Estonia tonight but he is optimistic that his side will come out victorious at the end of regulation time.
“Atletico are a massive team with lots of international players and a clear idea of what the coach wants them to do,” he explained.
“They play at a high level and that is why we will be taken to the limit. “It will be physical and tactical because of the two teams playing, and we will need to concentrate in order to do everything to beat Atletico.
“They will take us to the limit in all aspects, physical, mental and tactical. “I’m positive and optimistic. “We have had a good pre-season and we definitely want to win the trophy.
“We have prepared the players and prepared against certain teams. “We want to play a great match against our rival who will certainly take us to the limit.”
The match will kick off by 8 pm Nigerian Time
