Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has signed a new six-year contract With Leicester City.
Ndidi who joined the Foxes in January 2017 has developed into one of the best defensive midfielders in the EPL.
The 21-year-old represented Nigeria at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, he has committed his future to Leicester City until 2024.
Ndidi was named Leicester City’s young player of the year in his first year at the club.
Speaking to LCFC.com, Ndidi said: “I’m very happy to sign this contract with Leicester City. I have enjoyed every moment of my time at the Football Club, so I’m thrilled to be here for six more years. Together with my team-mates and our wonderful supporters, I hope we can look forward to many more fantastic moments.”
Ndidi has made 19Appearances for Nigeria, he is yet to find the back of the net for the Super Eagles.
