In 2015, Veteran Yoruba Actress, Idowu Philips aka Iya Rainbow left the movie scenes to relocate to London after she lost one of her daughters to ulcer.
Since then, the talented woman of substance has not been featuring in movie apart from Oku Aye produced by Tamilore Ojo Martins 2 years ago when she was in London.
Philips returned to Nigeria early this year to guard and featuring in a documentary that her UK based son, Femi Philip shot on Mose Orimolade, the Founder of Cherubim and Seraphim. 2 weeks ago, she celebrated her 75th birthday in grand style.
According to citypeople, information reaching them has claimed that the actress has fully returned into acting as she will be storming location on 2nd November 2017 to play a lead role in a movie titled Okan Mi.
The film, which will be directed by Okiki Afolayan we learnt, will also feature the likes of Dele Odule, Femi Adebayo, Liz Da Silva, Mofe Onibiyo, Olasunkanmi Olohuniyo and many others.
