Sources in the church told Journalists that there were usually three candidates for the position,
from which the Supreme Council would choose one, “based on the leading

Meanwhile, in a telephone interview with PUNCH on Friday night, Abiara, who heads the Agbala Itura
Worldwide, said he was grateful to God for a successful tenure.

church’s Director of Publicity, Pastor Ademisoye Alawode, he said he
could not comment on the story as he would need clarification on the
