Barely a week ago, we read the President-elect was cautioned against
running a parallel government. If by implication, the incoming
government is advised to keep off for now, then we appeal to President
Jonathan to come out decisively and tackle the ongoing crisis before it
gets out of hand.

telephone communication if the problem remains unabated within the next
few days. Right now, the crisis is getting catastrophic enough to
warrant the President coming on air and talk to Nigerians on the way
out.
