Nigeria put up arguably one of the best performances in recent times
to thrash rivals, Cameroon, 4-0 in a FIFA World Cup qualifying match on
Friday evening.
The floodgate opened in the 28th minute when Odion Ighalo ran onto captain, John Mikel Obi‘s first time pass to score.
Mikel himself then made it 2-0 in the 42nd minute, shooting into the roof of the Cameroon goal after Ighalo deftly allowed Victor Moses‘ corner-kick to reach him.
