Unveiling 'Ineh The Musical', an intriguing drama for every family!

It's never easy being a mom trying to juggle a full-time job with a family life and that is what
Ineh the Musical, a melodramatic musical, vibrant with dance and character, which will hit the National theater stage in September, is all about!
Ineh the musical, is an intriguing and simple 'true life' story for families to determine if the mother of the house should be full time mother(s) or a career mother.

The activities mothers’ choose to engage in and its effect on their children during formative ages is what INEH the musical puts in perspective for the new age to savor in a world class musical.

INEH in the native dialect of Ishan in Edo State Nigeria, means mother and it tells the story of Fred Ijewere, the producer of the play!
INEH the musical tells the true life story of a mother, whose 6 successful children have chosen to give a flamboyant birthday party without her knowing it.

Overtime, Mama Fred, as the 80 year old and full time house wife is fondly called, all people that have come to live with or through her have come to understand and believe in the undying nature of sacrifice that she gives to nurture any “project”. No wonder she gave up her career only to nurse her children to success.

However, the night before the party, Mama Fred eavesdrops and over heard one of her own daughters encouraging one of the house helps to do away with women who want to be full time house wives, Theresa says “House wives are liability…” Mama is intrigued, reflects on her life’s choice and advises with maternal wisdom!
